About This Package

This Tour Package is considered one of the most revered Hindu pilgrimage journeys in Nepal. The itinerary includes visit to two sacred sites Pashupatinath Temple and Muktinath Temple together with sightseeing in Kathmandu, Bandipur and Pokhara. Pashupatinath Temple is the oldest temple of Nepal and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is venerated as one of the holiest abodes of Lord Shiva and mythologically, it is considered head of Lord Shiva with his body stretching to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in India.  Muktinath Temple, located at an altitude of 3,710 meters at the base of the Thorong La Pass in Mustang, Nepal, is also known as "Mukti Kshetra", meaning “Place of Liberation.” It is an abode of Lord Vishnu and according to Hindu mythology, it is considered one of the 15 Shakti Pithas and one of the Divya Desams out of 108, located outside India. You will also be witnessing stunning Annapurna Mountain range from the temple. While driving on the way to Muktinath, you will also visit Manakamana Temple, dedicated to Goddess Bhagawati. “Mana” translates as "heart" and "kamana" as "wish" and it is believed that the Goddess Bhagwati grants wishes of its devotees. This tour is ideal for both spiritual seekers and cultural enthusiasts, with private and group options available.
